    We need to build on what we have - bring in a defensive coach, invest in quality players. We need to stay up.

    On the brief occasions I've seen him McParland has looked OK - perhaps not McIndoe calibre but possibly on a par with Devaney. Although I have only seen him briefly.

    Wright has some potential although I don't think he'll ever really cut the mustard for us...
