RE: Total cheat both in the league and cup that season god help us when the boring barstwerd goes into full time commentating.when he does hope it's sky but knowing my luck it'll be bbc

RE: A dirty, cheating old fashioned type striker your right mate he must be **** as a england striker he got a goal every two games and is it 209 goals for newcastle IF THAT IS **** THEN YOU MUST BE NUTS
He He How many goals did he score?
406 in total i think??
He did foul alot though and I agree with your sentiments.
I did find it funny though that you dint post any stats though!

What did he do? Ah, I remember, he kicked Neil Lennon in the head and then threatened not to go to the World Cup unless he was let off!
I never said he was ****, just dirty and a cheat In actual fact had he not been england captain he would certainly recieved at least a 10 match ban for kicking a prone neil lennon in the head, on the touchline, on TV.
Amongst other attrocities hes got away with.
Good finisher..yes
Dirty..yes
Cheat..yes
Utterly boring...certainly
Gentleman..Not a prayer.

unfortunate he'll probably be known as the best striker to never win a fcking thing in his career. Hes a Geordie and he stayed with his beloved club even though he could have gone to a team like Man Utd and won shedloads, deserves credit for that, never really had the pace but i dont think many strikers could generate as much power and accuracy in a shot than Shearer.
RE: unfortunate ****, forgot, he won the premiership with Blackburn, 1995. Still, one medal for a player of his calibre.
Just after he turned down Man U.... so he hasn't really got anyone to blame but himself for not winning much!
He turned down Man U for Blackburn, he could have had 3 or 4 years winning stuff at Man U before Fergie could pension him off to Newcastle.
RE: He turned down Man U for Blackburn, he could have had true, same with Gazza (decided to go to Totenham), geordies are silly cnuts
I believe that Jack Walker did not want him to go to Man Ure.
Don't hink Shearer turned them down its just that walker was determined not to lose his star player to what he perceived to be his "rivals".
They just kept upping the price to man ure and keeping newcastle informed.
Eventually the price got to 15 mill, man ure pulled out of the race and the rest is history.
Again, that is how I understood things went.
