    It’s the difference between playing as a team, organised and with a plan. And putting a bunch of people who don’t seem to know each other on the pitch and telling them to get on with it.

    Got sick of saying in week in week out last season, we haven't the quality to play it, opposing managers dream just play it down the sides drag a centre half wide get midfield runners through the middle.
    Either sign quality wing backs to play it or get rid completely and have a solid back 4.

    It was tactical purely to get a midfielder on, not a reflection on him individually. He wasn’t dragged off for being poor.

    The team was suffering. He’ll get that.
