Thats why only part of oakwell would be turned into standing.
So lazy people like you can still sit down!

Surely you agree that the atmosphere is better when you stand up!?

Did you not see the game at the weekend with Newcastle

Substitute them two for Barnsley v Weds or Barnsley V Birmingham - bring Leeds up next year and no we're not past it!

I wouldnt say lazy, thats the beauty of it, it could be optional, would encourage all the singing fans to get together and get a good atmosphere, i bet you would be suprised on the number of people that would want to stand.

People always say this but is it true? In the last 10 years, whenever I've stood up, the atmosphere has never been good, except maybe once or twice at Chesterfield.

Not really and it's nothing to do with being lazy :)

Safety far more important factor - didn't like being thrown around or paying £25 + and not being able to see

So your saying standing encourages that kind of behaviour?

I would love to stand

Always find me stood at the back at away games, thats where the atmosphere is!
Why go to a game and be boring!

I think the whole idea of sitting down and being boring puts most people off!!
Business wise it would be a great move from B.F.C

Don't sit in the East Stand - sit in the Ponty

Don't fancy standing again - doesn't make you boring . Grounds far safer now

Personally i much prefer standing, and if your allowed to stand up and have a pint at rugby, then why not football, because of an outdated report that was misinterpreted, and imo standing does encourage a better atmoshpere, look at the kops atmoshperes before stadiums were made all seaters.
