DW knows what type of players he has missing. He knows what type of players could have changed the flow of the game last night. We don't have them yet as we've had a three to five week recruitment window plus loans to START rebuilding the squad...
Williams has made it clear he doesn't want to be here full time. Cole is far too good for this division. Dudgeon will most likely retire within 12 months from what I've gathered. Ramage might be a possible permanent signing. So aye, tha reight.
Yes, maybe. But maybe not. Do you think there's a manager out there willing to come here who will get us promoted this season using these players? If not, I see no point. It's a season of consolidation. Sooner folk accept that sooner you'll feel less stressed.
My point was that you've claimed them to be "panic loans" when the structure of transfer windows today coupled to our squeezed recruitment window this summer means that we have had to use loans to fill gaps in the squad that could not be filled by permanent signings. I don't think that PANIC has come into it as I can see where each of the loan players fit into the squad. It isn't a case of lose Butterfield sign three ****ers like Hill did, just because he didn't have a clue. All this will be academic as you have said; be "struggling" at Christmas and DW will be gone.
Ah, I get your point now. My apologies. You're not wrong as well. And to be fair, mate, I don't have the answers to owt. I'm merely throwing out opinions as we all do.
That's not what I want though. But it's what I fear will happen. Unless the club has finally altered its thinking.
We are all the same. Most of us want the manager to get it right. Players are making mistakes and these need to stop. My outlook has changed now and I'm more inclined to believe that the manager will improve us, given time.
If it was looking like a season of consolidation i would accept that But its looking like relegation form to me. you can say what you want about us never going down this season but we are now a 1/4 of the way through the season and i have seen nothing to tempt me otherwise. We cant even win at oakwell
8 points of the play offs and 2 points of the relegation Zone. If we were in 12th place (Mid table) then i would have no problem. But 2 points of second bottom and 3 points of the bottom is terrible.
Game in hand on some. I'd suggest we're heading for a midtable finish somewhere between 12th and 16th.
I really hope your right We just cannot afford to go down again And if we can't win our home games where going to struggle Especially in January when Cole and Williams go elsewhere Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
