    The latter point is part of my thinking too. Normally I would want us to progress. Given the current circumstances, I'd be delighted for Barrow to have any limelight and reward on offer this time round.

    We need to have done our homework on them. I watched them outplay Ipswich in the last round and the two things that stood out were three big lads at the back and two tricky, pacy wingers who got round the back of the Tractor Boys and played in some good balls.

    Having seen us be outplayed by Bolton earlier in the season I can see us losing this one 1-2 unless we both improve and have made the right plans to deal with their strengths.

    I think any home tie against a big side would be just boycotted or used to gain publicity for the conway out group thats forming
