Surprisingly yes. I had us to win at Exeter and Burton and we lost both games so I'm trying some reverse physcology here
We lost at home to them, we lost at home to Exeter. We lost at Exeter, we'll lose at Lincoln. 2-0 to the imps.
I reckon it will be time to focus on the playoffs. 3 1 to Lincoln. Hope I am wrong. How good would it be if we win and the others drop points. Still all possible.
Don’t care how we do it but we have to win that game. Anything else is likely to mean Play offs and that’s not good.
Great post as always Archey. Kudos. I agree with you that this is our toughest fixture of the remaining 5. I’m very on the fence with this one. Yesterday has done nothing to stop me worrying about recent away form. But our need is greater than theirs so I’m going for a late winner and a 2-1 win. Tedic reverting back to super sub and cementing his place in club folklore as the thinking man’s Patrick Scmidt.
We’ll win comfortably. We’ll want revenge & we had an easy game Saturday while they had to battle hard with 10 men for over 60 minutes.
This is definitely not an easy game, but there's a very good reason why we're on 81 points whereas Lincoln are on 55. What's more, despite only having lost once at home, Lincoln have picked up a modest 31 points at Sincil Bank. We've got 35 away. Tomorrow is a toughie, but it's hardly the home banker some people are predicting.
A draw is the most likely outcome given Lincoln's home record. First goal massive tomorrow, even more so than normal.
