Playing devils advocate I get all that from:

Twitter for team hour before look off
Scoreboard is ok enough to read time
I feel I know the players enough to recall who scored and is on the pitch
Can get stats from loads of sites and a lot of it is interpretation like shot or not

Basically you can check it all online or looking up

Ok guys I can't wait any more .... A new version of the My Sports Diary App in HTML 5 (so it will work on all devices) will be out in the next couple of weeks! Some major improvements, fixtures will still be updated in real time & available offline (as they actually download to your device) , the whole experience is faster, slicker & includes live scores & historic scores, scorers, cards etc ec.

Looking at linking in additional info, links, team lineups etc and it continues to be FREE!

Upto 50,000 events now & includes new sports such as Tennis, WATCH THIS SPACE!

Ps. I'm looking for one sponsor per team to advertise on a teams event / fixture list so so if anyone interested in this please get in touch ....Example advert can include Websit link, Direct call tel no. etc and i have the vision it should have some association with the club or town rather than a generic Apple or google advertisement! .... something like "Save with Barnsley Building Society, proud sponsors of Barnsley FC"
