    Re: indeed

This is so sporting (charitable?) by Blackpool that we should throw in McNulty and Done free gratis.

Funny how people that know about football rate him, while those that don't, don't.

He is just back from a couple of month out. He was doing ok at the start of the season.

Some good news today - I dont think he is good enough for the Championship so glad to get rid and if we have got some cash for him thats a bonus in my opinion

He has got the raw materials to be a decent player but lacks any football nouse. Always caught out of position, ball watching, reacts to situations too slowly. Chuffed we got some coin for him. Good luck to him though, just he wasn't good enough at this level. Blackpool will find that out.

Does that same logic apply to Steele, Davies, Golbourne, Dawson, Cranie and Stones?

It's funny that foster and Steele cost less than wiseman.

Scotts career has been a case of short loans at Clubs after his release by Hull, the only manager who has played him for any length of time is Keith Hill

Absolutely bang on Ponty. He has talent but no football brain. I will be very interested to see what position he plays at Blackpool.

He has cost us loads of points with his school boy errors.

I'm surprised any Championship club would want him.

Definitely sat on the fence...if he gets more than a dozen starts for Blackpool I'll admit I'm in the latter camp.

If he gets more than a dozen starts I'll sit on the fence with you and we'll eat humble pie together.
But i'm confident that won't happen.

Awful player. Heart like a pea. Empty head so far as football intelligence goes. Cost us many many games/goals/points. Was recruited (with Done) for a widely reported 250K.

I'd say we've done well to get 100K.

I have never treat him appallingly either. I've used vehicles such as this forum to criticise him where warranted. But at the games, I've always supported him. He got booed in that final game, which I found bad taste. But other than that he was never given the grief that Nicky Eaden got unfairly for many a year. And Eaden was the best right back I've seen for us.

Good luck, Scott. You'll have to improve tenfold to impress the Tangerines.

I don't think he's a bad player, just Keith insisted playing him at centre half, despite the fact that he can't tackle, can't jump, can't head a ball and is often caught flat on his feet.

At the end of last season, I thought he was an average full back, thought he would make a decent winger with his pace, so I was as shocked as anyone when he was moved to centre half.

Best of luck to the lad, shame it hasn't worked out for him here.
