on the other hand TSR2 was decades before its time.... it was labour who binned it.... years later the tornado, concorde and even euro fighter were using some of the technology from TSR2.

Correct but the sums being quoted for the upgrades are ridiculous. All governments since the 1st Gulf war haven't invested accordingly. Instead nationally R&D became a dirty term for wasting money.

Self-confessed friends? He's a man of peace & gets criticised for that, then for being an IRA sympathiser. Jedi, you need to stop repeating propaganda. Are you ok with what our problems designated soldiers did on the shoo int range? Just banter, eh? Shooting at a serving MP! Pathetic response!

Just had access to the Corbyn picture, there is'nt one bullet hole in the picture, theres a few mud splatters but not one bullet hole, This is some sort of stunt and a lot of people making a lot of noise abart nothing are gunna av egg on faces, look at the fooking video, and look at the foookin picture. Like i said there are 4 paras firing, and 4 tgts on the range, the Corbyn picture is too far left and would not comply with RANGE SAFETY.

I'm not sure you are right about that.

You get a lot of memes of her smoking a ***, or something, but being shot at, in the current climate, is sick & potentially dangerous.

As I posted earlier this was a prank, UNTIL someone starts to share on social media. That was someone in that room.

But it's already been reported they were firing paint pellets. Too confined for live ammo.

Oh did a Labour Govt. send a Task Force to the Falklands that was so ill-equipt that by admission by our own military leaders The was war was won,and many more precious lives were not lost, more by luck that judgement. We’d barely resources to transport troops there. BTW, 33 years Service or not, I wouldn’t take any assurances from you, be they politically, military and football related.

how many times has the man been photographed playing kissy kissy with the like of maguinnes, adams and co and attending functions with them, have you had to shovel the mess that these terrorist have left behind or casevac people that his " friends" have blown up or shot f***ing lumps out of, well certain posters on this site have, and lets not forget "our friends hamas and palastinians". PROPADANDA I was ******* there and witnessed some of this so get your head from up your own arse and ditch the "2 legs bad, 4 legs good crap" the mans a terrorist sympathiser and I've lost friends because of the likes of him. the paras were wrong but where were the bleeding heart sjw's when an effergy of thatcher ( ****) was burned or the trump balloon thing was flown in London. ooow look its time toget up I wonder what I can find to offend me today. . . . . try letters of comfort to known/convicted/escapee terrorist but going after a 70+ year old man. now I apologise for the rant but I and a few more on this site lost some very close and some people we hardly knew because of terrorism and it still hurts

    TSR2 was canned because
    1. We wanted to build it in the UK and the UK only
    2. Because of the interference of a certain "royal" who promoted buying F111's from the US rather than the far more advanced and, as it turned out, the far more ready TSR2
    3. Billy Wilson blamed it for all the countries financial woes. Yeah right.

ok we didn't but that smokey swing-wing pile of ***** but the Australians did, at the behest of this "royal", Which effectively sealed its fate. We ended up with another piece of crap the Phantom.

And you're entitled to your opinion, I'm just giving mine based on my experience while serving in the Army. All I am saying is what they've done is silly and in poor taste but they haven't hurt anyone so I think the reaction of some is a bit over the top and perhaps a little partisan.

Do you remember a dude called Blair? The Good Friday Agreement? Not to mention Thatcher's covert meetings with the IRA.

    All these were about PEACE

Trump balloon & effigy of Thatcher (after she died), are a bit in a different ball park.
