Ha ha ha ha ho ho ho, but seriously Holloway and Dowie media myths.. as for Roy Keane did well for Sunderland and I'm sure he's sitting at home just waiting for the call from Mr Cryne.
The poster who mentioned Mark Robbins is more reasonable

Please don't call me a *****...
It was meant to be lighthearted... now apologise like a good boy.

RE: Keeping us in the division two seasons on the spin So you see keeping us in the same place for two seasons in a row as success and in both cases scratching about until the last game of the season and relying on other teams results to achieve your so called success. As for his failures and we'll just talk about this season shall we. What about 10 without a win in August, September, October, plus what is now 5 defeats in a row in January. Need I say any more.
By the way Your photo has arrived in Deutschland. Will let you know if there is any positive feedback........ Are you around on Tuesday? I'm thinking of just stopping in the pub all evening.
Well, since he signed his contract in December 2007 We've played 56 league games, won 15, drawn 12, lost 29, scored 57 goals, conceeded 81 goals, gained 57 points. My personal opinion is that he's a failure, others disagree and that is their right.
She's out shopping with her Mum I'll wait till they've brought back my essentials of food & alcohol and THEN I'll send her to bed!
RE: I stick by my earlier suggestion Rated him myself until.......... he showed interest in Oddjob as a striker
With the transfer window all but closed what would he achieve in sacking the manager other than putting another hole in our finances?
RE: With the transfer window all but closed how about a mnangaer with an idea how to get the best out of our current squad, a squad that is rated by many and the present incumbent seems to be failing badly in that respect
Did you read the question? If someone asked you where would you go on holiday tomorrow if you won the lottery, would you say I can't go on holiday tomorrow because I've got a dental appointment.
Not there on Tuesday But will be there on Saturday. You could have let me send you a photo that doesn't involve me and you doing a bad impression of a sit down tango!
I have no idea what is actually realistic in its complete sense. but It was meant to raise a valid and decent debate between the pro and anti davey sides. plenty are calling for his head, and If I am honest, i am still slightly pro davey (only just). but if someone came banging on the door who I would think would do a better job, then hey, I would take it. but we do have some people calling for his head just for the sake without thinking, who could replace him. I don't think their is many out their that would either take the job, or is a realistic target. (especially so close to the end of the window, and not having a say on team building until the summer, which may or may not then be too late) I have seen roy keane, thats laughable, I don't think we could afford whatever he would ask, peter ried is an awfull suggestion (in my opinion). I don't know, but their is (like you said) only one or 2 who would know what our spending power is, and we can only presume on here that we have a limited budget to attract someone who is either out of work, or in a lower league. I think their is too many people calling for his head without thinking, and the only 2 suggestions I think I could agree with that may seem reasonable are one of yours (paul ince) or Mark Robins. I still think though, that davey will steer us clear providing we have a fully fit squad (which we haven't had for some time)
Lol If it's the photo I've seen I reckon you can cancel the German lessons & confetti. Mind you at least it's not the one I've seen of 2 BBS members fast asleep on a carpet after the do at Brooklands.
I may not agree with your opinion in regards to Simon Davey But you put it across in a well thought out manner and a very likeable style.
