Yep, agree with that. Conversely if there's no evidence to charge then release them. If there is evidence then they must be charged and tried, if not release them.
To his credit Obama has been trying to close Guantanamo bay but it's a fight he hasn't won. The US have a lot of questions to answer. If they have compelling evidence proving the guilt of those detained then they need to be sharing it.
