    That statement is simply not correct, over half the people who voted wanted to leave, 20% plus didn't vote......

    It's not democratic though, is it? To have a Prime Minister that about 0.25% of the electorate voted for.

    Only 25% of the 18-25 year olds could be arsed to vote. Don't blame those who did on the result you don't like.

    BTW I'm in the 40-50 demographic and I voted out. As did the majority of my workmates who are 30-40

    of course i'm going to blame those who did. i personally believe they just voted on something which will set us back decades. i massively hope i'm wrong

    Only time will tell. But one thing was for sure, what we had with the EU wasn't working and wasn't what we signed up for in 1973. That was an economic trading community, not a European government dictating UK policies.

    Only his constituents actually voted for him...it's the system we have and apparently most people were happy with it at the last referendum on electoral reform , although I would agree with anyone who said PR may have been more popular than the transferable vote system offered.
