Shopping madness!....

Well I went out on a reconnaissance mission tonight
Sainsburys - no fresh veg - just a few fruits - oranges bananas etc
No fresh meat, obviously no bog roll kitchen roll etc
They did have some prepared meals fish pies meat pies pizzas etc
and plenty in the desert line and cooked meats so at least I got stuff for sandwiches etc next week
Waitrose - now closing at 7 instead of 9 got there just to late but was told by the guy on the door they would be fully stocked overnight - open for elderly at 8 and rest at 9 - and all the fresh stuff would be gone by 10
Petrol station with M&S simply food attached - reasonably well stocked - bought a chinese for tonight and could have got more - but not much fresh veg

Hopeing to be able to get bread and meat from local butchers and bakers in the morning whilst everyone rushes Sainsburys and Waitrose

Local bakers normal got the weeks supply of bread and some pastries normal queue. Also ordered for next week so just need to go in and collect next time
Local butchers a bit busy and had to queue outside for a bit but still plenty of stock and choice when I got served
Tesco express fairly well stocked got all the veg I wanted. No bog roll
