we havnt had a winger who can cross since darren barnard (now he was class) shuker put in %100 and had sum real quality performances. but i bet games like bristol city at home when he scored 2 and was outstanding will have been forgotten now hes gone. your views are based on a period of games towards the end of last season when he suffered a lack of form and that isnt fair. oh and before anyone says anything i think that mcindoe is a good replacement and is a very good player.

 

Agreed, McIndoe is a better player but...

...all this Shuker slating is a bit harsh. He did put in some great performances and scored some quality goals...

who the hell are you to tell me what my views are based on.like i said he was'nt a bad player but i doubt he would cut it at this level,for all the effort, too many times there was no end product and it wasnt just at the end of last season. 

 

I'd check my posts,

never rated him , I saw him have 1 decent 45 mins of football , at home to Scnuthorpe when we won 5-2.</p>

It said it all that when it came to the crunch games in the Play-offs he was left riding the bench.</p>

 

I remember first time i saw him play

he ripped us to pieces

 

So did Isiah Rankin

 

another player not given chance

and he was worth his money he kept us up

 

Are you saying Shuker wasnt given a chance?

Never saw much of Rankin at Barnsley , but judging where he ended up , no great loss.</p>

Put it down as another memorable Spackman signing.</p>

Yeah, he hasnt been given a chance in the championship. I think we should agree to disagree thats whats good about football everybody has a different opinion (Y)

 

Shuker wasnt even in the team at the end.

Ritchie tried to improve the team from last season.</p>

And I think he has.</p>
