Good Post, A majority of fans viewpoint

Thank god only 3% of BFC fans read the board, the downside there are the ones on here who find the hard facts difficult to comprehend.
Davey in some peoples eyes should continue for stability reasons, all well and good but his results speak for them selves, if he stays we will get stability ..... in League 1 with a reduced income from less fans attending the games.
He is incapable , that is a fact, and that fact will shine through when we play better teams than Donny and Norwich.

This is a post all the Davey supporters should read

It should be a reality check for them.
You can also add to it, that he stumbled upon a winning combination by accident. He was sticking by an obviously too slow and not quite good enough (but 100%er) Paul Ried at centre half, with Souza way out of position at left back. Reid sacrificed himself with a professional foul and sending off, and never got back in the team.
I don't think Moore has been as bad as a lot of folks are making out, but the defence hasn't got the right balance to it with him & Souza in the middle. It has to be one or the other alongside Foster, and the stubborn Davey will be forced into changing things with Moore's suspension.
I think most of the players are good enough, and Davey has brought the vast majority of them in, however the management of them and his tactics ARE NOT.

it does make sense, he was forced to change the defence and it looked more balanced even tho Donny were terrible going forward. It was a lucky win cos like I said, a better team than Donny would have killed us. First half we were woeful.

As for the other post about the playstation - screw that - 360 obviously!!

Oh, it's a well written piece, no doubt about that. Can't disagree with much of it at all. The trouble is that the good times of the Davey regime have barely been touched upon compared to the bad times. The first three months of last season grudgingly mentioned, ditto the cup run. Two successive rallies to avoid relegation not made much of either. Not very balanced.

I'm afraid .............................

that his mind was made up before he started so any rational arguments will fall on deaf ears !!

"If nothing goes right with the starting 11 and we find ourselves a goal down early on, then thats it, game over! " still could not be further from the truth of Saturday and he did not change the defence until we were infront a very good piece of management!

RaMoNe1978's statement is a rational argument though. Spackman's reign started off well, including something like 10 or 11 wins on the trot (I'm sure you will have the stats somewhere), that gets glossed over frequently. He was another with all the badges, who bought players and then never played them i.e. Rankin.

10 or 11 on the trot? I don't even have to look that up to know it's rubbish.........

the trouble is people frequently quote "facts" to back up their deluded fantasies
