I know some who played with Heslop at Tamworth

Says he's one of the best players he's played with. Halifax fans love him too from last season. I think its a really tough one. If we were at League One level he would definately be making a break through but given the quality we have in centre mid (plus decent squad players) in Anderson, Howard, Leon, Hassell, Togwell and Colace (plus how highly rated Butterfield is) he probably isn't going to get a chance.

That said the club have seen enough in him to give him a contract for another two years so if he goes to Rochdale nad has a stunning season we will either get money for him or he will come back and make an impact.
