    Im aware thats not what this thread is about I just merely pointed out Conlons experience wasnt a major factor in us getting promoted.

    The combined experience of conlon, mcphail, burns, colgan, carbon and heckingbottom was though. Younger players in all areas of the pitch had someone to turn to and to learn from. There were calm heads in the side
