I don’t think I’ve ever really seen much of Grayson’s teams apart from when he was manager of Leeds as they were on Sky loads. That team certainly wasn’t dull to watch. And he’s got a proven track record of bringing through young players at Leeds & Preston, not sure about the other clubs he’s been at. Don’t know the situation at Bradford but the fact that they wanted to keep him & he walked out would suggest that all’s not well there & are people really holding Sunderland against him? Do you really look at that situation & think Simon Grayson’s a big reason why they’ve gone down? Can’t you remember them at Oakwell? As soon as the first went in they stopped trying. They’ve got a player out on the piss crashing his car on a match day, a player earning an absolute fortune for doing nothing & allegedly refusing to play. The clubs rotten from top to bottom, it’s why no one’s done well there recently.
