RE: so it still submits the message?

no. Maybe I'm a mentalist or something?

It's one message I tried to send this morning enquiring about CD writing. I copied it and have tried pasting to new threads over and over. Gets blocked each time

    i'd suggest

looking through it for any keywords that you dont think youve posted on this site before succesfully and then removing them and trying again. it could be just one word that is blocked

That's how it appears to me as well. There's a word somewhere that has been banned by the work router.

definitely not imposed at the BBS end then. I can't pm the message to City Tyke either.

    The same message comes up?

    No...

Its nothing our end. It must be blocking on the content of your message. THere aren't any swear words are there?

Try posting the same thing to another website somewhere also?

Just received the message that IOWTyke was trying to post

"Is there a CD available that I'll be able to burn about 25 songs onto
(converted from MP3). I've really no idea.

I know you can get about 25 Beatles Tracks onto one, because they're all
5 seconds long and are all rubbish (eh Sheff Tyke), but these songs are
what I'd consider normal length. 3-4 minutes each.

PS. could someone post this first class to shefftyke so I'm not talking
behind his back. I'll e-mail the stamp."

I reckon its a filter for term MP3
