He had no interest in doing that last season by all accounts, which for me should have been his last chance. Hopefully he'll be off the wage bill come the start of pre-season. He's done alright in Turkey so hopefully someone there will take him.

Suspect he will be out on loan again next season, then reach a settlement for the last year of his deal.

I still disagree about Chaplin. He wasn't good enough to be at the 5th best championship side at the time in my opinion. Replacing him with the guff that we did was the issue.

Wasn't there a suggestion that he had some tie up with their agent?

I'd be more than happy to take a nominal fee for him if it was offered, even a free transfer. Anything to prevent another year (or two) of his wages.

I don't remember to be honest, but that would make sense.

Can't see anyone taking him on on the wages we're paying, so he'll bleed as much of the money owed as possible out of us sadly.

I think Jay is one of his biggest fans. I know he looks to him for apparel inspiration.

I think they're just trying to blank it from all consciousness.......if we try hard enough it just never happened.

And the worst thing is this:

If you'd gone round and shown Oulare's stats to every Reds fan and asked the question, "Should we sign this guy at £8k a week?", you wouldn't have found anyone willing to part with the money. Not a single person would have done it. That's how crazy it was.

Paul Conway is a horrible person, only interested in one thing and that was lining his own pockets. May have pretended to give a **** but in reality he knew what he was doing with the Oluare and Iseka deals...

Indeed. Paul Conway never had the interests of BFC at heart.

They've wasted enough time on him. Not worth typing it out.

It’s even worse than I thought. I’d heard a few rumours that they were both on 7k a week & that was bad enough. I still think there’s some suspicious goings on with them transfers & wages, especially the Oulare one.
