    Don't think anyone's thinks differently George. But for example it was my dads pleasure to have bets on the gee gees. Every day. Never with the intention of losing more than he was prepared to.( Most people have the occasional flutter) And never to the detriment of the family. Controlled it's fine. Uncontrolled is no different to any addiction. Eg alcohol.
    People say drinking is pissing money up against the wall,
    Most would disagree as it's one of their social likes.

    I personally have a bet as rare as rocking horse **** lottery maybe and the national. . And drink socially.
