Not what we expected in all honesty, hope the lad does....

ok, but he's not played at any great level, couple this with Crynes wishes for a top half finish and Davey's feeble attempts in the transfer window and you'll have to excuse my dismay.

If he has half the impact Stan did when he arrived, he'll see us ok this season!

But as for year on year improvement???? We might as well have kept Stan. (chinny)

"Daveys feeble attempts in the transfer window"

Aye, cause I will bet he has been sat on his @rse doing nothing. Be real, he will be working hard to get players in, that fit the budget remember.

Hardworking target man, with goals in his locker..... also has 20international caps.... Panic buy?

    How so?

just the kind of player we have been lacking....... hardworking targetman, who scores goals and has international experience..... Ferenczi did a job and we knew nothing about him so lets give this boy a chance....

He may not be the answer, but has right credentials...... all I'm saying is give him a chance!!

    Before you start criticising him..........

I get the feeling whom ever we sign, some people will always have negative opinions..... if SD announced he'd signed Marlon Harewood, folks on ere would say; he's past it, can't get in Villa team, hasn't been scoring, he's a panic buy and he's on too much money (not worth it)!

Perfect example is just down the road at Bumhole Lane....... Week after week, blunts fans were criticising James Beattie e.g. "he's lazy, he doesn't work hard enough, he dun't do owt aprt from score"..... if only we had such a player, who could guarentee 20+ goals a season.

As the saying goes BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR it may just come true.

    Just watched his Youtube montage

I don't care what anybody says, and i don't care whether its Maltese league or the isle of bloody Tonga Saturday division (they have one you know) the guy clearly demonstrates he has finishing ability, great awarness and is a real poacher. 6ft 2 as well, so gives us a bit of height.

Bottom line is when your clean through with defenders on your back, if you can slot it in regularly your a goal scorer whether its for Dog and Duck or Man U

    No comparison

Ferenczi had been established for years in the Hungarian Premier (26th in Europe) with a good scoring record. He had also acquitted himself well in the Turkish premier (11th ranked).

Bogdanovic has mainly played in the Maltese League (ranked 50th). He has also briefly played in the Italian 4th tier and the Bulgarian Premier (17th ranked) scoring 3 goals in 21 games.

    No comparison.

Didn't PC say we wanted 2 players with championship exerience?.

We haven't bought any experience up front again. :'( We should have done everything to get Cureton on a permanant deal.
