    It is one of the major things I'll agree with you on that but it isn't the only big mistake that he has made.

    I would also say that far from being a simple mistake, the liverpool thing showed a dramatic lack of ability. Selling tickets to football matches is the ONLY business thing that barnsley footbal club has to do, the rest is purely extras and he got it wrong.
