I’m surprised both Iseka and Cole both started to be honest. They linked up to score a goal today, that won’t be tolerated.

Not angry Schopp any more. It’s the board that are failing to sack him.

yeah I know, I get it. but there reaches a point where you have to kinda feel sorry for a bloke, way out of his depth, and shift attention to those responsible for keeping him in the role. I don't think he's trying to lose. he's just massively out of his depth at this level.

He's keeping himself in the role. He's more than able to walk into the CEOs office and resign like people do all over the world every day. He chooses not to because he'd prefer to be paid to leave. I don't feel sorry for someone who is getting paid to do a job poorly knowing he will get a king's ransom when his bosses realise how badly he's failing.

people who resign in the world every day, don't waive contractual compensation. they tend to resign because they are going somewhere else on better terms. this is how football contracts work. we can't have it both ways. the last two we made money on, due to buy-out clauses. this one hasn't worked out. expecting him to resign and waive his contractually entitled compensation is nonsense.

I was honestly sorry for him a few weeks back - a competition-winner dropped in completely out of his depth, but he's just pillocking us now with some of his selections and substitutions. And don't start me on the snubbing the fans thing - that's bad enough at home, but to not even acknowledge the loyalty of the dwindling away support who keep spending their hard-earned money is genuinely unforgivable.

totally agree. arguably the worst manager in the club's history and has to go. every game under him is a game closer to relegation. but I'm past the point of getting mad at him now. he's just a $hit manager and is unlikely to get better any time soon. so the buck stops with the owners now, for me.

I don't expect him to. I said I have no sympathy for him when he has that option available but chooses not to do it.

Slagging players off in public / dropping certain players for no reason . Bad management and clueless tactics

So you called it wrong a couple of weeks ago.

this line of enquiry into the poor performance is madness.

How exactly have I called it wrong? It's an ongoing situation but I genuinely believe Schopp is trying to engineer his own sacking. Conman won't pull the the trigger although that could change.

To add to our number of issues. An abandoned stand. **** on and off the field with the no negotiations with the crynes and our owners now it sounds like to me that our manager wants the sack and the owners want him to resign.

    What a **** show

I guess neither of us will ever be able to be proven right but the suggestion that a young coach is trying to get himself sacked for an (in football terms relatively meagre) pay off seems crazy. I mean who wants to appoint a manager who decided that I stop trying for a pay off. This is a bloke who will need another job after this, not a Steve Bruce situation.
