    Never. A fee must have been agreed. FC Eindhoven will be in their pre season now and won't want one of their main players bailing to England for a move that isn't happening.

    The player's had serious injuries, it's normal that a medical would precede transfer and contract negotiations. If any of the three parties were not interested, he wouldn't even be here.
