    This is going to be a long half. I'm happy for them to try and play it around, as they're more likely to give possession away then given the conditions. We just need to deal with it any way we can at the back. Even the basics are 10 times harder in this weather.

    Never mind this season, I've never seen a Barnsley side make as many basic defending mistakes as we made in the first 15 minutes last Tuesday

    He almost is a schoolboy though, he was kitchen fitting in the summer, he's not had the luxury of playing in the u21s first!
