BTW Ali http://www.barnsleyfc.org.uk/bbs/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=89482&posts=5#M574609 !!!! Hope you are otherwise occupied on Boxing Day - my next planned match
He may only be a few months older than RR#1 but he is very, very easy on the eye. I shall say no more for fear of incriminating myself
I shall be there... sorry Mr Ali will be left instruction on cooking the beef. Could even manage a pre match beer to prove Dirks theory of me being a fat lass wrong
yep Letitia looked relieved. Matt & Flavia announced as safe 1st! Bless him he was gobsmacked. Gethin was safe too Letitia & Alesha in dance off.... no brainer for the judges
Glad you like it, sorry it's not much, but I've not been out and about shopping as much. I'm trying school tomorrow, can't wait.
RE: Bobby Robson Is A Legend ....There's nobody like him....Why?....Not to disrespect the bloke cause he did look poorly mind you!.... Mind i wonder who'll be next out of the old football managers to fall ill, either way it'll be awful.
Great to see Sir Bobby awarded! A gentleman and a great ambassador for football. Well done Sir Bobby. Personally I thought he looked quite well considering he is battling cancer, although it was obvious he was struggling to walk properly. Is it known whether the cancer is terminal?
RE: Great to see Sir Bobby awarded! I'm not sure but given that its come back again, I'd say it probably is. Generally, when you get cancer, in my experience, sadly, you get one shot at getting rid of it and then sweating the 5 years out before the all clear is given. If it comes back, particularly if it's in a different place, you're on borrowed time. Obviously, this is not always true, but your chances of a good long term prognosis are less than half of what they were first time around, and with some cancers the percentage success rate is hardly cracking to start with. Lost my dad to cancer last year, a collegue lost his dad only last week. I just hate the very word. I wish Bobby every luck - he's a legend.
call me old fashioned but I always thought it was taking a **** up your arse that made you gay, not the fact that you dance.
Had stereotactic radiotherapy to a brain tumour nevr been clear if these are related to the melanoma he had treated in his face some 20 years ago
Agree with Conko Was worried when reading Ali's post but just watched the presentation. He's obviously got problems with his hip but otherwise seemed strong. He's always been a bit "bumbling and rambling" in his speech so I thought he was in good form to speak in front of millions of peple. He has been diagnosed with cancer several times but keeps on fighting it. Long may he keep going.
