I thought that we'd done well to get them in considering they were all frees - add Cywka in to that as well.

 

My take on this is

Budget set prior to season starting. Timelines as to what is spent when are also set.

Come the season but things don't go to plan. Request made to release funds that were timelined for another time. i.e the new year window.
