    If you're alluding to the rise of nationalistic populism around the world (not just within EU states) I suggest you cast an eye over the supporters of UKIP.
    As for bullying...give me a break. There are leave voters on here whose views I respect. There are others who haven't a clue and who have a mindset that is based on "I'm ok, f**k the rest". THEY are the bullies I detest.

    Free movement - EU nationals

    Free movement of workers is a fundamental principle of the Treaty enshrined in Article 45 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and developed by EU secondary legislation and the Case law of the Court of Justice. EU citizens are entitled to:

    But they only make laws about food additives don't they.





    • look for a job in another EU country
    • work there without needing a work permit
    • reside there for that purpose
    • stay there even after employment has finished
    • enjoy equal treatment with nationals in access to employment, working conditions and all other social and tax advantages
    EU nationals may also have certain types of health & social security coverage transferred to the country in which they go to seek work (see coordination of social security systems).

    You’ll note the use of the word ‘workers’.
    Yes they’re allowed to ‘stay’, that doesn’t mean they’re entitled to any state support.
    Seriously you’re so out of your depth here.
    Do you believe you could go to France tomorrow and claim benefit? Or are these more of the EU laws that only apply to foreigners in the UK.

    Again Schroedingers immigrants - coming over here eroding our workers rights, but they’re allowed to come on the basis they’re entitled to equal treatment!
