So the whole,"Jordan Williams" to Wing Back pays off ?????????????

Williams played quite well. The problem Collins faces is that moving him actually weakened our defence with both McCart and MDG both not playing in their best positions, especially in 1st half. McCart was poor. Pines an improvement whilst only playing steadily.

 

With all three CBs getting booked, I wonder how close Neil came to taking one of the two off who didn't get subbed off, put Jordan back in to the back 3 and bring on Baz or O Keefe to take his place at fullback.

 

I'm not sure he could have done much more given he was under pressure.

What I can't believe is that folk who profess to know and watch us play don't even know what they've actually watched and why it was that way..

 

Imho....thought he played well and looked more assured.

I'm not sure why any player would get slated after a very hard game on a very poor playing surface.
The 3 points were much needed ,and set us up for an epic 6 pointer next weekend.
We just need to tighten up conceding.
If we can sort this out the top 2 is a possibility.

 

Only thing I worry about next week is that Blackett Taylor transferred to derby and he ran us ragged at oakwell and scored this season for Charlton.

 

Ok I've read this thread again and I'm lost where are the posts slating him? I can't find them at all yet a couple of people are referencing them and slagging fans off for it.

 

Jordan was good yesterday, glad to see him back in his natural position.
