    It's the way I've copied and pasted it, but the North Stand has a capacity of 6219, however 422 are unavailable because of clause 21.

    Seems insane that around 20% of the ground capacity is 'unusable'

    That must extremely high for stadiums in general.

    It’s a bizarre clause. It doesn’t apply to the home seats only away as far as I can tell. Is that clause applied anywhere else other than in our North Stand

    No it's just the north stand and it's because of the safety advisory group having no faith in our stewards to stop it
