    To be far to Stendel it depends what if anything has happened. No one player is bigger than the team but likewise you cant have an able player sitting in the stands watching the team throw points away. Tricky one as a manager to manage.

    I have no idea what has happened, or even if anything has happened at all. But the idea that a player must play just because he's being paid is clearly bonkers. There are codes of conduct in all walks of life and if an employee falls foul of them, then he or she has to accept the consequences.

    I agree 100% that we're a stronger side with Cavare playing, but if he's not selected, for whatever reason, then he's not selected. We'll have to make do without him.

    Its starting to sound like the Free Deidre Barlow campaign on here..
