So what should Davey change for next few matches?

I thought Mr Cryne was a little impulsive when he sacked Ritchie... was it cos he never thought we'd return to the top flight?... was it because he wouldn't sign the new players offered at the time?

But I still can't think of a better REALISTIC alternative to Davey. He's hit-and-miss for sure, but he's learning and maybe he'll get more "hit" than "miss". That's got to be better than the dregs of 'experienced' managers that would come to us that would never succeed?
