    I’ve seen similar and with all due to respect, they’re a load of ********. Every other team would also have have extra points. We are where we are on merit. No extra points.

    I'm not seeing that at all. He doesn't seem to be any faster than Brown (I know he's left) but can't see this incredible pace you refer to.

    I saw a couple of bursts of pace yesterday that would leave Usain Bolt rubbing his eyes (okay maybe not but..). The issue was it didnt really effect play, he didnt have the ball, and it came to nothing, but he definitely has pace. It was when he was closing down a couple of times.

    I posted this yesterday in another post (before I found a way to shrink it). It's only based on 10 games, but it gives some indication.

    I think the problem with our pressing game is twofold; firstly, we lose concentration just before and after the break, and secondly, we tire in the second half.

    That's the worrying stat for me, that we are conceding just before and just after the interval. Concentration levels, fitness or both. It wasn't as bad at the back end of last season though, so what's changed?

    We're letting in goals because when you defend with a three there's a spare guy that doesn't know whether to challenge the ball or take a man. You have to zonal mark. In the end nobody does anything. You end up with two Red shirts jumping up together and the spare man falling into the net like yesterday.

    Chaplin was signed as a winger/striker and Thomas a winger. Give em' a go out wide.
