    ...... Davey blames fans for not backing him/the players, Shepherd says **** all, no signings the following week, Davey says thankfully we have a week off to re-group .... deadline comes and goes .... Shepherd says ... "we have tried to bring in several experienced players but the clubs want too much money for them .... we will have to make do with what we have got .......... get hammered at Cardiff etc. etc... need I go on!!
