    Thats the model/strategy working. Layering your options early, bringing them up to speed, and then the jump up isn’t as vast.

    I just hope it isn’t Madds that goes. Easily our best defender.

    Schopp has destroyed this team. The squad has a lot of talent. The new man Poya will turn it round.Fulham are very good.

    No need to panic and behave like a bunch of spoiled kids.

    Our suits are very poor at getting "the worth" for our players anyway.
    However i expect us to accept derisery offers for Helik and Styles in jan.....with more young kids in to replace

    I thought my sarcasm was dripping there. I'll try to let it drip more easily in future.

    For the avoidance of doubt; even if the Owners get lucky with their latest 'spin the bottle' approach to appointing a Coach, this Club won't move forward while ever Conway is pulling the strings.

    It's just appalling John. Every time there is a real good feeling about the Club, along comes Conway with another absolutely idiotic decision or judgement (on or off the field) that wrecks everything. In my wheel life, personal and professional, I have not seen a level of consistent gross incompetency to the level that he has brought to the Club.

    The depressing aspect is; even if we pick things up and get a bit of success, we know it won't be long before Conway comes along and destroys it - again.

    Yes the change of style to make the players look better and so increase their sale value is going wonderfully well. I'm sure we'll have club's queuing up with bids of many pence for our players in January.

    I really hope so. I must admit I'd have liked to have appointed Warnock until the end of the season at least as I think that may have been our best bet for staying up.
