    Just looked up on Google for reviews of the company who fitted them for you and found this:

    'Dont use them. Honest. I used to work for them.

    they are unsafe. Use non qualified installers. Put holes in your roof and dont repair them, only with out dated silicone. If your getting a boiler from em they replace new parts with old parts.

    sound familiar?

    Also lots of people complaining that they were being charged almost £200 for 'legal fees' or for the scaffolding.
