Hes brought the much needed "nous" to our very young team. Not spectacular, just steady away and a consistant performer. I absolutely think hes helped Anderson no end and its no secret we look far more solid with him on our starting line up. Final note....its extra time....we are 2..1 up .....they are pressuring. What does Soley do? He goes down on the edge of our box after a tackle and "manages time"...then gets their lad to "pull him up: Hes also one of the few that questions decisions, to get in the refs head....it works and so does he.
