    Flitcroft might be wanting to try something different to what he did under Hill. And he has brought 2 backroom staff in to offer their opinions, it seems Mellon is having an influence. Can't argue with what they have done so far.

    What was he supposed to do, he was the assistant manager. Judge him now he's on his own not as the assistant to Hill. If we'd have taken that attitude previously we'd never have had Danny or Andy.
