From the bits I've heard, he's poor in terms of negotiating a number cruncher in every sense needs moving on, our poor recruitment under his tenure isn't just coincidence, unfortunately for Neerav he has been sold a pup.
It is a given but someone being accused of saying something are two totally different things. All of us want our players in as early as possible, for me we should judge the club based on what’s in through the door by the start of the season.
We do that on a regular basis and regularly it's not very good. If the board listen to the coach and who he wants it might not be all bad, BUT WILL THEY
Conversely if our signings are all late July, and they are still 'getting up to speed' come KO, then we can judge that scenario too. Again.
The op could have been added to a few posts already out there. We get the point that Sormez is disliked by some I don't think we needed another post telling us.Negativity breeds negativity.
Never really got the "getting up to speed" thing. Shouldn't professional sportsmen be capable of keeping themselves fit. Shouldn't need a new contract to come along and they then realise they need 6 weeks to sort themselves out.
Course it is. But he didn't guarantee it'd happen, just that the aim was to do business early. It's still early
Maybe we should judge them on their actions. Words are easy as we see from politicians and the media. Quite incredible that we even have a club motto that suggests this.
Are you sure hes got that qualification due to the amount of square pegs for round holes we seem to have at the club
It's great having targets but when you approach them and offer them peanuts from our competitve budget they ain't coming especially at the start of the window .
Poor performance recruitment wise, window after window, is what truly breeds the negativity. Apart from our friends at S6 (for obvious reasons) which other club has yet to make a signing? He’s really not much good for the handsome salary he no doubt gets.
