It was on the main news up here yesterday. I thought it was sensationalist reporting and nearly fell off my Chair when i saw 8 Police vehicles at the scene. Most of the people involved were in groups but most importantly they were outside. There's a greater risk of contracting Covid in Tesco but I don't see Police vehicles patrolling the aisles or indeed much management of people when they are in store. Risk assessments should mean precisely that - assessing risk - not trying to achieve the impossible aim of eliminating risk.
