    Yes, the bobby with the handlebar moustache is P.C.Bill Harber. He shared the daily point duty with P.C.Bill Hodges,who had a rather rotund figure. Sadly Bill Hodges passed away some years ago,but Bill Harber is still with us and lives in Wakefield. This picture was in the days of Barnsley Borough Police.
