Furthest point north I have ever been in Scotland is Uig on Skye. Skye is a beautiful part of the world. Saw golden eagles and sea eagles whilst up there.
I’ve never been to Skye. I really should make the effort. The furthest South I have been is Weymouth.
I'm going to stick up for Benners' now. I was there for a week last September, had a great time, plenty to do, nice sea lovely beaches, lovely walks. Day trip to the Spanish villages in the hills and waterfalls you can swim in, not expensive. Some great act on at night, the Queen tribute band were brilliant. didn't see any trouble despite it being very busy, I don't drink and can usually only be bothered with a couple of hours surrounded by people getting smashed, but it was ok tbh. People who say "its Blackpool but with sun" I invite you to go to both places and confirm back.
I much prefer lively places If a place has got life. I'm there. It's a while since I went to Benidorm. I like the entertainment on offer. But not getting pissed lol.) . Am getting a bit older but you can still chill out in both places. I allus think if you get bored in Blackpool or Benidorm. You'd be bored anywhere. Countryside walks, are not for me. Lake district and all that. Unless your a rambler its shops and pubs. But each to their own. On for this year Blackpool already done twice. London 2/3:times (fortunately free digs) Salou
I've got a bad, or rather an 'unlucky' record on ferry's, and to be honest it is my least favourite mode of holiday transport.
