    Thats very disappointing ...

There are many negative things on this board but your postings from the games are one of the few highlights. I'm not able to get to any games and use your musings to see who's coming through and who's the ones to watch. They certainly come across as one mans honest opinion of a game and how anyone can be running scared of this is beyond me.

    RE: shocking ...

next they will close the food stalls and issue every fan with a quarter pie on entry, force us to perform pre match salutations of laurel and hardy and eject anyone who boos or shouts anything that could suggest opposition to the regime

A few people are suggesting you should contact Mr Cryne with this

Where as I wouldn't be surprised if he was part of the decision making process.

And before anyone tries to sue me (again) I'm not saying he was, just that I wouldn't be surprised if he was.

I think the club's decision making process is basically write all the options on pieces of paper and then laurel n hardy pick one out of a hat, thats also how Davey was picking the team however when oddjob wasn't drawn, a repick was allowed

I doubt he has had time to think as far down as barring people from the academy matches just yet?

If its gone as far as the assistant academy coach and a security guard confronting someone at the gates,he probably knows all about it

    disgusting....

im actually quite angry about this

but unfortunatly it about sums up barnsley football club , i sometimes wonder why we all bother when things like happens.

proper disgusted for the way you have been treated red rain , i for one enjoyed reading your objective views on what you saw every match , not some rose tinted write up on barnsleyone by you know who.

please do contact the club as i think you deserve a better explanation than the assistant acadamy coach getting narked because you dare criticise some of his players now and again.

It seems to me that mr cryne as created a few little hitlers down at oakwell I think its about time some of the people who have influence who read this site, journalists broadcasters etc started to ask questions about some of the goings on at oakwell because if this is stronger together or my town my team etc then its a joke It seems as if you are not allowed an opinion on matters at oakwell unless you've got a desk there. If you do read this Mr cryne your the organ grinder reign in some of your monkeys before they piss off all the clubs fan base completely.

I don't think there has been criticism of players but the coaching staff are obviously a bit touchy

    Mr Red Rain

After attending quite a few games that you have reported on, i can fully understand why Mark Burton (Bunny) stopped you this morning. Something that people (idiots) screaming "Wolf" on here won't understand. Quite a few of his so called reports are a total load of B*ll*cks. You have to remember that most of these young lads read the **** that gets put on sites like this and having a go at the coaching staff doesn't help either.

I suppose it was only a matter of time before they worked out who you were, sorry i missed it as i could have done with a laugh.

And there was me thinking we lived in a democracy

He gave his views on the games he attended which, as far as I was aware, he is entitled to do. As one of those people you are labelling an idiot for having the audacity to stick up for him, I suppose I'll have to be prepared for being barred from entering Oakwell for passing my comments on the first team.

I wonder if it's part of the dataco thiing

that caught out Reading Red last week.

If they are after getting all forms of reporting licensed then it's all likeley to do with money and the fans lose out again.

Trouble is they talk about commercial use but can a bit of a report or a few photos by a fan not a pro, placed on a non profit making fans website be classed as commercial.

    Barmy if you ask me
