Aye, a fortnight today.

 

Just thought I'd beat the crowd.

 

I've heard he's going there with 18 of our players, our entire backroom staff, and about 500 of our fans

 

That moneys only any good to a Manager if it gets spent on the team.
Doesn’t look like any of that got spent this summer, yes they spent 15million but had more coming in on outgoings.
Outside looking in with his ‘connection’ with Wycombe and a team seemingly on the up V a team who over achieved are coming back down to their level and no long term potential of spending to improve.
I would have stayed based on that.

 

Yeah I'd agree with that. Sometimes a club goes up to the higher echelons of the Championship and maybe Premier League and they just aren't suited for it. I'd say Luton suffer from being unfashionable too. Not that Wycome are fashionable but as you say. They have something going for them. Whereas Luton have had their days on the back pages. People are bored of em'.
