    With regards to fired's comment can i just say he gives as good as he gets.Its banter and only meant as banter.Also maybe on occassions he isn't as daft as he makes out and plays up to the crowd.Finally isn't he about 20 or 21 years of age? Old enough to stand on his own too feet i would imagine and if people were getting at him i am sure he would let you guys know.It's a bit of light relief on an internet message board.

    At last we are actually discussing Digby !!! Have watched this lad since he was 13 at the academy, believe me he is a player. He will need a run of 2 / 3 games in the first team to find the pace but once in there he will do himself justice without doubt. We need to be patient with him. If he plays tonight he will be playing against a midfield that kept Essian, Lampard, Torress n crew quiet at the weekend. Not bad for a 17 year old !!

    Saw him against Leeds U-18 earlier this season and he was head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch both in terms of stature and ability. Looked like a man playing football amongst boys. RNL was in the same team but it was Digby who shone.

    He will b a leader in the first team as well. He is one of those players who talks constantly. He both encourages and organises. We will do well to keep him mark my words. He appears to have the mental strength beyond his years.

    thats what ive seen him.

    against newcastle, he came over to the bench and just put out 5 positive messages. Just bril.
    somesthing RNL needs to learn. Hes got all the talent he needs and more but he never opens his mouth.
    just wish he would get fired up and mayne even give ref a few words.
