    stated intended to "sweat" the assets. Make of that what you will.

    IIRC PC's takeover was made difficult by the move. Once PC took over he did a deal which effectively sold the ground to OCA to protect the club from possible future unscrupulous attempts at "sweating" the assets.

    And yet not long after the formation of OCA there was an application for planning permission on land that used to be owned by BFC. Less sweating and more selling. Whatever happened to that?
