    As it turns out, France leading was a bad thing because they might have tried to defend it, for the rest of the match.
    Spain have moved up a gear and they do genuinely look impressive.
    France have got to do summat now, let's see if they are up to it.

    That's lovely and inspiring, but I didn't realise the two were mutually exclusive. You can hope and feel excited about winning something whilst having a fear of getting thrashed. We did it as Barnsley fans for a full season under Schopp/Asbaghi...

    I was playing snooker at the Catholic Club (you had to get in early for a game before the real mesters arrived), and then onto the Park Hotel for a few pints (Mexborough).
