    You will know when you've had enough especially if you can afford it. These young un's in work now or last couple of years will be 70 when they get state pension way things are going,if they get one at all.

    Tbh I honestly can’t be bothered with Scotland. Obviously I want them to win but for years they have disappointed so I have little interest. Only seen them play 3 times.
    It’s much more fun supporting ABE

    I was at Wembley in 79. I was at Hampden in 72 v England in a crowd of around 120,000.
    And again at Hampden in 77 or 78 just before the Argentine World Cup. Remember that’s the one we were gonna win.

    I had enough. Went thru the motions for the last 6 months, didn't enjoy it, but had to get my nice 25 years bonus. Got it in writing that I'd still get my bonus even if I was working my notice. I did 25years and 1 week, they weren't happy and I didn't get my head office photo call which is the norm....oh dear, nevermind.
    Retired in October age 54, life's too short, well it also helps that the Mrs is 7 years younger so she can still fetch a few pennies in for now.
    Loving it, joined a gym, swim a mile a day, new man :D

    I did say I was gonna watch every game of the WC, in reality I've missed a couple, and I was sorely tempted to do that from the pub, but managed not to. I felt joining the Spoons mob at 10am wasn't a good look. :D

    It’s good atmosphere watching in the pub. Although you miss a lot. Next game I’ll watch in the pub will be France / England.

    I thought Morocco parked the bus eventually, and were clearly hanging on. But Spain can have no excuses, in their cheap Man City style replica kit.
    And battering a dreadful Costa Rica team for 7 in their first game, obviously was just a false dawn for them!.
